WHO I AM....
My Journey
Growing up I dreamed of wanting to work in a career that allowed me to help people who were struggling. I have always had a heart for helping those in need.
My first step in my journey was to attend Humber College and from there I received a diploma as a Physiotherapy Assistant in 2005. I wanted to further my education and credentials so I went back to school and received my diploma as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2007.
I worked in a hospital and clinic setting for a few years which allowed me the opportunity to work in the field and gain some real life experience.
I was still hungry to do more, so I decided to go back to school for massage therapy. I graduated with Honours from the Georgian College Massage Therapy Program in 2009.
I continue to take courses to help me increase my knowledge base to help provide the best type of care to all of my clients.
Courses I have taken include:
Certified Reflexology Practitioner
Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certificate in Exercise Nutrition
Myofascial Release/Restructuring
Cuppping
Fascial Movement Taping
K Taping
Sports Massage
Reiki Level 3 Practitioner
