REFLEXOLOGY

Once these areas are stimulated it causes a response. The treatment will usually allow relaxation, encourage circulation, decrease stress and increase energy levels.

CUPPING

Cups are used to produce suction to the soft tissue. This vacuum/negative pressure produces a therapeutic result. Cupping promotes relaxation, increases circulation, increased range of motion, decrease muscle tension, break down fascial restrictions. It can encourage healing and detoxification. The cups can stay stationary or glide across the tissue.
